向高级信贷策略主管汇报, we are looking for a 首席信贷策略分析师 to play a pivotal role in the development and maintenance of Starling’s credit strategies across unsecured and secured retail and SME lending products.

• Developing credit decisioning lending strategies for both retail and SME secured and unsecured products
• Developing capability and processes to meet new and existing regulatory requirements
• Driving insight to ensure portfolio credit risks are clearly understood and man年龄d appropriately, maintaining a detailed understanding of portfolio performance
• Providing regular updates on portfolio performance at our monthly Credit Risk Committee
• 支持 maintaining proactive portfolio compliance with the UK regulatory regime
• Build strong stakeholder relationships, both with internal and key external contacts

• Subject matter expert on regulations and lending standards applicable to lending in the UK
• Relevant experience in a risk or credit function within an FCA regulated company, ideally covered both secured and unsecured products
